England have appointed the following Team Leaders to oversee the performance of each sport's team at the Samoa 2015 Commonwealth Youth Games:

Archery - Paul Atkins
England Archery
Paul was a member of the management team for Archery at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi. Its last appearance was 25 years ago and England continues to be the CWG champions taking home 7 medals.
He was Team Leader for the London 2012 Paralympic Archery Team, qualifying the highest number of places in the sports history at 13. During The Games the team delivered a Paralympic World Record plus a gold and silver medal.

Athletics - Scott Grace
National Technical Lead for Youth Development, England Athletics
Scott is a Level 4 Performance coach for Sprints, Hurdles and Relays.
Scott has extensive experience working as an International Team Coach for both England and Great Britain & Northern Ireland.
Last year Scott was part of the successful Commonwealth Games England Athletics Team Staff in Glasgow.
Prior to this Scott has acted as a Team Coach for Sprints and Hurdles at the 2011 Commonwealth Youth Games and 2013 World Youth Championships.

Lawn Bowls - Ellen Falkner
England Bowls
Ellen is a three times Commonwealth Games gold medallist and has represented Team England in Lawn Bowls in four consecutive Games since Manchester 2002.
This will be her first team leader role and experience of the Youth Commonwealth Games. She is looking forward to combining her bowls knowledge with her experience of working with young people in sport through her previous role at the Youth Sport Trust.

Squash - Louise Pickford
Coaching and Performance Programme Manager, England Squash & Racketball
Louise joined England Squash & Racketball (ESR) in 2003 from the Lawn Tennis Association. Following the merge of the ‘Coaching’ and ‘Performance’ departments in 2011, Louise assumed the role of Coaching & Performance Programme Manager – responsible for ‘operational’ and ‘logistical’ aspects of the department. Louise was Team Leader for Squash at Glasgow 2014.
