Commonwealth Games England is the organisation responsible for preparing and delivering the England Team at the Commonwealth Games and Commonwealth Youth Games.

Our core purposes are to lead and manage the participation of the England Team at the Commonwealth Games and Commonwealth Youth Games; to help in delivering excellent performance environments; to represent England effectively within the CGF, and to raise the profile and reinforce the value, reputation and future of what we believe is a great sporting event.

Can I buy Team England kit or merchandise?
Team England merchandise and replica kit is produced in limited amounts prior to each Games. More information on the 2018 kit partner and merchandise will be released in the run up to the next Games.
Who picks Team England?
Athletes are selected by their National Governing Body (NGB) in line with the NGB selection policy to represent their sport. The NGB then nominates these athletes in line with their policy to the CGE. The CGE then selects the athletes to represent Team England based on these nominations.
Do Commonwealth Games England have an anti-doping policy?
Commonwealth Games England has introduced its first mandatory anti-doping policy in a partnership with UK Anti-Doping. Find out more here.
I have a question regarding eligibility for Team England. Who should I contact?
Eligibility enquiries regarding nationality should be addressed to the Commonwealth Games Federation. Selection enquiries should be addressed to the relevant sport's National Governing Body. Commonwealth Games England are unable to provide details on how to represent Team England at the Commonwealth Games.
Who is Team England's most decorated athlete?
Pistol shooter Michael 'Mick' Gault is England's most decorated athlete with nine gold, four silver and five bronze medals, won across five Commonwealth Games between 1994 and 2014.
